WHO ARE WE?

A fractional product director is someone you employ to ship product, to prioritize roadmap, to work with development teams etc. The only difference is that they're only employed part-time. 

In many companies we work with, a lot of the role that would be occupied by a product manager is taken up by the founder - things like understanding the customer and the product vision, and in more established companies is often simply comes dow to a lack of budgeted full time headcounts.

The expertistise that we deliver would cost over £100,000 a year (without accounting for employer costs, bonus's & pensions etc) which is out of reach of many companies! 

But if it is a full time product director you are looking for we can help you place one of those too, with our extensive network connections.

Our 'default' is to use Google as it's free, easy to use and allows easy commenting, sharing and tagging, and also google meet is great for video calls we find.

However if needed, we can join internal chat channels on Slack, Google Chat, teams or any platform you're using.  What ever option works best for you really!

Not at all, we work with many clients all over the globe and adapt ourselves to fit the job in hand, quite often if we are working in different timezones (other than live calls) it suits people to wake up for a business day know that we have been workign through (your) night!
